€99, €299 or €799 a month, excluding VAT. Hours beyond the allowance are €60, €55 or €50, and that rate falls as the tier rises.

Four hours at Partner, eight at Enterprise, twenty-four at Business — that is when you hear back from a person who has actually read it. It is a response time, not a delivery time: a ten-hour job still takes ten hours, and you watch every one of them.

The four-hour commitment is the urgency product — you already bought it. Evening and weekend work is available if you want it, at a published rate, agreed in writing before anything starts.
